I’m at my best at the intersection of deep design theory and multi-disciplinary practice. This means that I don’t necessary seek consensus, I create spaces where multiple ways of being can coexist and diverse voices heard. This participatory approach empowers stakeholders to understand complex problems and co-create solutions together. I collaborate, co-create, facilitate innovation, and strive in ambiguity.

My toolkit is as diverse as the problems I solve. I am a researcher, storyteller, and creator. Whether running complex mixed-method research programmes to uncover behavioural insight, planning a systems thinking workshop to challenge stakeholder assumptions, standing up design teams, or tinkering in Figma, I use whichever tool is best suited for the problem at hand.
