Interdisciplinary service design practitioner and researcher. Specialising on capability building with systems thinking and serious games.
Over the past decade I’ve worked with UK’s most influential organisations. I’ve led teams through digital transformations, developed products and services from zero to launch, and ran speculative design projects to imagine what future might look like.
As a design leader, I make design happen by building relationships and driving change across organisational silos using systems thinking, serious games (ludic methods), and a bit of creative problem solving.
Equally as happy to lead a team or work independently, I’m known for my creativity, passion, imagination, setting a clear vision and an empathetic, human approach to work.
My academic interests include participatory and ludic methods, pluriversal and systemic design, and design impact evaluations.
Design ○ Research ○ Leadership

Design
Design is everything, from the words you’re reading to the building you’re in right now. I work across mediums to solve design problems.
Research
I am passionate about what humans do, feel, and think. I use mixed method research to turn ambiguity into actionable business outcomes.
Leadership
I’m an empathetic leader, often praised by my ability to set a clear vision and scale high performing, resilient teams.
