I’m at my best at the intersection of deep design theory and multi-disciplinary practice. This means that I don’t necessary seek consensus, I create spaces where multiple ways of being can coexist and diverse voices heard. My approach is intentionally agonistic, I create spaces for contestation where complex ideas can be challenged and refined. I collaborate, co-create, and facilitate innovation and strive in ambiguity.

My toolkit is as diverse as the problems I solve. I am a researcher, storyteller, and creator. Whether running complex mixed-method research programmes to uncover behavioural insight, or putting together a Figma prototype for a new service, or heading up capability building at a public sector department, I use whichever tool, framework, or discipline I need to solve the problem.
